SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Zones We currently ship across Canada and to Europe.
Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery Times Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes:
- 3 to 7 business days for Canada
- 10 to 20 business days for Europe
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Order Tracking A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.
Delivery Issues If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@addictedexcessories.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.
